INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Eden Mill Wildcard Gin
- Spiced orange ginger ale (e.g. Fever Tree)
- Seasonal summer fruit to garnish (raspberries, strawberries, orange, mint)
- Cubed ice
METHOD
- Slice the strawberries and orange using a sharp knife.
- Carefully build all the ingredients in a highball glass full of cubed ice.
- Gently hit a sprig of fresh mint against your palm to release the flavors.
