Our take on the classic cLOVEr Club... but with a little bit more LOVE

Serving Glass: Coupe Glass

Ingredients:

50ml Love Gin

30ml Raspberry Syrup

20ml Lemon Juice

Egg white/Foamer

1 Raspberry 

1 mint leaf

Method:

1. Add the Love Gin, Raspberry Syrup, Lemon Juice and eggwhite/foamer to shaker.
2. Shake well (dry shake)
3. Add ice to shaker and shake well again (wet shake)
4. Strain mix into a coupe glass to serve
5. Top with a fresh raspberry and mint leaf for garnish
