White Wine Cask Aged Gin | Hugo Spritz | Collaboration With The Fairmont St Andrews

The result is a zesty, aromatic spirit with notes of tropical peach and apricot, reflecting some of Scott’s favourite botanicals, such as bergamot and kaffir lime. He readily admits the finished product is even better than he’d hoped.

Ingredients:

50ml Distillers Choice Cask Aged White Wine Gin

25ml Elderflower Liqueur

25ml Lime Juice

Prossecco

 

How to Make:

1. Add Cask Aged Gin, Elderflower Liqueur and Lime Juice to a shaker and mix well

2. Fill large wine glass with ice

3. Strain mix into the wine glass

4. Top to the brim with prosecco

5. Stir

6. For added flair garnish with a sprig of Rosemary

7. Serve!
