Working in collaboration with the East Neuk Salt Company, an artisanal salt producer from St Monans, we’ve created a unique smoked salt sugar syrup using our single malt cask staves.

Aimed at cocktail aficionados, the syrup combines sweet, salt and smoke - giving your Old Fashioned a bold, smoky twist. 

We've paired it with The Guard Bridge Blended Malt to create the ultimate whisky serve bundle.
