Those of you who have followed Eden Mill for a few years will be familiar with our popular range of Cask Aged Gins. We’re delighted to be bringing them back to the portfolio, with a new look and two new expressions - a Sauternes Cask Aged Gin and a Spanish and French Red Wine Cask Aged Gin.

Both have the same award-winning London Dry base spirit, but maturation has taken them on a unique journey as the cask influence and the wine character take hold. The result is two delicious and distinctive gins that are a must try for anyone that’s looking to level up their G&T, add an extra layer to their Negroni or jazz up a Hugo Spritz

The Sauternes Cask Aged Gin adds a honeyed, yellow fruit aspect to the gin. The dry, peppery juniper is tempered by syrupy peaches. Again, this is one to try with tonic at first to pick out those unique dessert wine properties. Thereafter, it can stand up in a white negroni, a Hugo Spritz, even as a decadent Tom Collins.

The duo is perfect for every serve and occasion, so why not pick them both up for the gin aficionado in your life?
