Ramsay's Cranachan Cocktail | Eden Mill x Gordon Ramsay
Using local Scottish botanicals from the wild Fife coastline, Ramsay’s Gin is inspired by the taste of Scotland.
Create the Burn's Day inspired Cranachan cocktail at home.
Ingredients:
35ml Ramsay’s Gin
15ml calvados
15ml sugar syrup
15ml lemon juice
4-5 raspberries
1 egg white
Soda water
Method:
Add first six ingredients into a shaker then double strain into an ice-filled highball glass, topping up with a little soda water. Sprinkle a bit of ground cinnamon on top for a little something extra!
