Tom Collins | Created using Eden Mill Golf Gin

Using Eden Mill Golf Gin and served in a Highball glass.

Ingredients:

1.69 fl oz Golf Gin

0.85 fl oz Lemon Juice

0.85 fl oz Sugar Syrup

4.23 fl oz  Soda.

Method:

Layer all ingredients over ice in a highball glass.

Garnish with a lemon wheel.
