Representing one half of our new flagship core range, the Sherry Cask Single Malt is finished in 50% Oloroso and 50% Pedro Ximenez giving a full-bodied bouquet of flavours on top of our grassy, floral new make spirit.

This is a maturation style that nods to the house style that can be expected from the new distillery. A Lowland whisky with a Highland heart, seamlessly combining a sweet, grassy, and floral newmake with a robust, spicy, and fruity maturation style.

This new chapter for our whisky portfolio is reflected in a refreshed look and feel, with a contemporary new bottle and logo.

Nodding to our new distillery, a golden icon at the top of the bottle proudly showcases the eye-catching three-peaked roof and the ribbed sides of the bottle reiterate this undulating effect.

“The Sherry Cask release uses some of the finest sherry casks on the market from Bodega Jose y Miguel Martin in Spain. This is the supplier we’ll be using for all sherry casks in the new distillery, so it's an excellent dram that’s indicative of the maturation style to expect in the years to come. Sweet, jammy, nutty with a hint of cinnamon spice - it’s dessert in a glass.”

“These core range Single Malts are unique in that they come from the old Eden Mill distillery which will never reopen. The exciting part for me is that I’ve curated the range to reflect the Eden Mill house style that can be expected from our new distillery in the years to come - so it’s an opportunity to sample our legacy stocks while getting a glimpse into the future.”
