It's time for the second release in our series of single cask bottlings. Each single malt in this series has its own distinctive character and is carefully selected from our reserve of maturing stock.
This whisky is a sumptuous cask strength single malt that has been matured in a first-fill Oloroso sherry cask for 10 years, our oldest expression to date. With an ABV of 59.8% and a complex and lively flavour profile that lends itself to a fine spring dram we know this is one our whisky fans are going to fall in love with at first sip.
This release is also a celebration of our new distillery becoming operational. The Oloroso Sherry cask release will launch on the same day as our official distillery commissioning date where we will begin producing our new make spirit for the very first time at our new distillery in St Andrews, a true milestone moment.

AROMA
Dry sweetness with light citrus and a balanced creamy, nutty profile.
PALATE
Very fruity up front, followed by lively spice. A good level of toasted oak character paired with a robust cereal maltiness.
FINISH
Ends with the spice diminishing and a subtle hazelnut praline profile emerging. Creamy malt notes with a hint of honeycomb sweetness and a light oily mouthfeel.
