This is a historic bottling crafted to mark the occasion of the release of the first single malt whisky from the Eden Mill Distillery.
This bottling celebrates the first Single Malt whisky made in St Andrews in over 150 years.
This is a special marriage of spirit matured in American and French Virgin Oak quarter casks and an ex Pedro Ximinez sherry hogshead since 2014. It has a classic sherried backbone complemented with sweet vanilla and spicy top notes.
People, passion and a pioneering spirit are at the heart of our endeavours to make the very small batch spirits.
All of our wooden boxes are handmade.
