Flora Dora | Amarone Red Wine Cask Aged Gin

Using Eden Mill’s Red Wine Cask Aged Gin, this zingy cocktail has refreshing flavours but depth from the gin’s distilling methods and infusions. Perfect to enjoy on an early autumn day, whilst catching the last of the sunshine.

Ingredients:

50ml Eden Mill Amarone Red Wine Cask Aged Gin

20ml lime juice

15ml sugar syrup

5 raspberries

Ginger beer

Directions

Muddle raspberries with sugar syrup in the bottom of a highball glass.

Add the gin, lime juice and fill it with ice, then top with ginger beer and stir.

Garnish with a wedge of lime and a couple of raspberries on a cocktail stick.

It’s excellent in a simple tonic serve – but this gin truly comes to life when mixed in equal parts with vermouth and Campari; built for a Negroni, you can really taste the difference.
