It's time for the second release in our series of three exclusive single cask bottlings. Each single malt in this series has its own distinctive character and is carefully selected from our reserve of maturing stock.

This release is a sumptuous cask strength single malt that has been matured in a first-fill Oloroso sherry cask for 10 years, our oldest expression to date. With an ABV of 59.8% and a complex and lively flavour profile that lends itself to a fine spring dram.

A decade on from this cask being filled, our brand-new distillery is going through commissioning and will become fully operational at the beginning of April. We are very much looking forward to raising a dram to the new-make spirit that will soon be flowing from our stills, ready to be filled into casks and laid down to mature.

AROMA

Dry sweetness with light citrus and a balanced creamy, nutty profile.

PALATE

Very fruity up front, followed by lively spice. A good level of toasted oak character paired with a robust cereal maltiness.

FINISH

Ends with the spice diminishing and a subtle hazelnut praline profile emerging. Creamy malt notes with a hint of honeycomb sweetness and a light oily mouthfeel.
