We’re delighted to be bringing them back to the portfolio, with a new look and two new expressions - a Sauternes Cask Aged Gin and a Spanish and French Red Wine Cask Aged Gin. 

The Red Wine Cask Aged Gin has been matured in a combination of French Bordeaux and Spanish Rioja casks, giving our spirit a rounded palate with juicy berry notes and warming undertone of oak spice and stone fruits. It’s excellent in a simple tonic serve – but this gin truly comes to life when mixed in equal parts with vermouth and Campari; built for a Negroni, you can really taste the difference.
